Lot’s of you have been asking me how to translate the big goals into bite-size actionable steps, and how to stay on track with them, particularly since the recent webinar I did.

So, to help you out, and try to make it super clear and super simple to use, I am going to break it down for you. AND, I have put together a FREE pdf for you to download an use each week, mirroring this system.

Step 1 – Set your goals, I try to keep it to 3 or 4, and write them down. If you need a kickstart with setting some goals, start with this free video training I did for you.

Step 2 – Keep a Master To-Do List with all of your ideas, tasks, actions required. Keep it handy so you can write things down when you think of them, and don’t forget them. What we are trying to do here is eliminate as much as possible the tendency for things to slip your mind, and to make sure your ideas are acted upon rather than just rolling around in your mind forever!

Step 3 – Each week review your Master To-Do List and your goals and identify your weekly priorities.

Step 4 – Break it down into bite size actionable steps for each day and schedule time to complete them.

And that’s it! Keep it simple and doable. And DO IT 🙂
