It’s like this.  FUN is essential.




Scientific studies have shown that it raises our anti-body levels thus boosting the immune system, lowers sugar levels after a meal, reduces the risk of stroke, lessens pain among many, many other things.

But basically, it just makes you feel good.


Laughter releases your feel-good hormones and helps you to create more positive influence on your world. Your perception of things change. A ‘threat’ becomes a ‘challenge’. The weight of a problem becomes lighter. Perceived stress diminishes.


Have fun.

Little snippets of fun.

As often as you can.

No matter what you are doing.

Always take advantage of any opportunities to have fun.
